We concentrate only on Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys in order to provide specialist and informed assessment and advice. Our advice is based on the expected performance of the building no matter the type, cost or quality of the building.
Katoli Building Surveyors Limited was established and is run by Tom Lynch MSc MRICS a Chartered Surveyor of over 30 years construction experience within London, Essex, Kent, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
Katoli Building Surveyors Limited is a very small team of RICS Chartered Surveyors which is regulated by the RICS.
Our Surveyors are Full Members of the RICS with substantial experience, knowledge and understanding of different types of constructions and the inherent faults that are to be identified depending on the age, construction and location of the building.
Every Survey is carried out by a directly employed Chartered Surveyor that will be in contact with you in order to identify any concerns that you may have in order to tailor the survey to your requirements.
The Surveyor shall carry out and write up the Survey themselves with no third party unqualified surveyor involvement.
All reports are written with minimal technical jargon prioritising any defects in order to provide a clear report that is easily understandable enabling an informed decision to be made.
